How it works

Initial consultation. We will discuss your ideas, tile choices, budget, and timeline. I will measure the space, assess surfaces, and provide a quote.

Design Consultation. If you'd like help in the design phase. We will have an additional meeting to explore ideas, I will procure samples and we will meet again to discuss options.

Work Begins. Once I get to work, I will prepare floors and walls, leveling, repairing, and waterproofing where needed to ensure a strong, lasting finish.Tiles will be laid with precision and care, ensuring proper spacing, clean cuts, and attention to color variation when applicable. Grout will be chosen to best complement the tile.

All set! When work is finished, I will leave your space clean and tidy and ready to use.
Meet Lael
Washington-born and raised, Lael brings over 20 years of experience in landscaping, DIY and professional construction, and interior design. She completed 2 years apprenticeship with a master tile setter and continues to refine her craft through ongoing education and mentorship.
